1. Service Provider

2. Description of Service

Authorlify is an AI-powered book marketing platform that generates promotional content including social media hooks, posts, video scripts, SEO keywords, and authority content for authors. All AI-generated marketing outputs are session-based and not permanently stored on a per-user basis.

The platform also includes a publicly accessible Blog (/blog) featuring AI-generated articles and cover images created and curated by Authorlify's editorial team. Blog content is stored persistently in our database and published at the discretion of our administrators.

The platform is available in six languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese). Your language preference is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers.

The platform also collects anonymized, non-personal usage analytics to improve the service. No content, prompts, or personally identifiable information is included in any analytics event. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of tracked events.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Authorlify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Authorlify to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. AI-Generated Content

All marketing content generated by Authorlify's AI tools are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. Harbinger Bros. LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, suitability, or legality of generated outputs.

Blog articles and cover images published on the Authorlify Blog are AI-generated and editorially reviewed by our team before publication. They are provided for informational and inspirational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you input. AI-generated outputs based on your inputs are provided to you for your use. Authorlify's platform, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Harbinger Bros. LLC.

7. Subscription & Payments

Authorlify offers three subscription tiers:

• Free — 1 content generation per month (1 hook, 1 post, 1 video script per generation; 3 platforms; English only)
• Pro (€9/month) — 30 content generations per month (3 hooks, 3 posts, 3 video scripts per generation; all 6 platforms; all 6 languages)
• Author Pro+ (€19/month) — 100 content generations per month (5 hooks, 5 posts, 5 video scripts per generation; all platforms and languages; plus custom branding, batch generation, PDF/DOCX export, and priority support)

Paid plans are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refund policies are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms. Harbinger Bros. LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Usage limits reset monthly on your billing date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbinger Bros. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Your Data Rights

You may exercise your GDPR rights at any time directly within the app:

• Download your data — Security & Privacy page → "Download My Data" (GDPR Art. 20)
• Delete your account — Security & Privacy page → "Delete My Account" (GDPR Art. 17). Deletion is completed within 30 days.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
